To support and accelerate our recent growth and new market expansion, we are looking for a Channel Sales Manager to support and accelerate growth, new market expansion and sales and profitability by developing, maintaining and expanding relationships with high performing channel partners in key markets and verticals. In this role, you will manage all aspects of building the company's partner base within the US market. In addition, you will:

  1. Work directly with distribution partners to drive significant revenue growth and market penetration through monthly marketing and sales activity plans
  2. Manage existing partners and drive revenue growth through partner recruitment and enablement
  3. Work closely with channel marketing to identify and drive partner programs and events within your territory
  4. Manage your channel communication, activities and sales pipeline through recording and tracking of your leads and opportunities using CRM
  5. Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  6. Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
  7. Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
  8. Coordinate the involvement of company resources, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners' expectations.
  9. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
  10. Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
  11. Manage potential channel conflict with other companies' sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
  12. Lead solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.

As a Channel Sales Manager, have strong communications skills and thrive working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You have a highly-developed ability to influence stakeholders and decision makers, and demonstrated C-level presentation skills. Your skills and experience include:

  • Bachelor's degree with Business Administration focus or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience selling complex technical products and solutions
  • Demonstrated success identifying and engaging new channel partnerships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven success at bringing new solution to market as a first mover
  • Ability to thrive and adapt to change in a very fast-paced environment
  • Aptitude in taking initiative when needed and without prompting
  • Positive attitude and a drive to win, with relentlessly high standards
  • Ability to travel overnight (~3-7x per month)
  • Familiar with customer engagement models such as Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
